Today, we received a DMCA notice from www.GoDaddy.com about a copyright infringement for using the logo by John Rogers. We were unaware that we could not use a logo on the website. Michael Semanie of www.kpsos.com sent in the take down notice of the website. We learned that if anyone sends out this to Godaddy that they will act on it no matter what. We had to write back with a statement, and the website was up about eight hours later. Very frustrating when you operate a lot of websites on one server. However, moves us to what we should of done a long time ago, and spread our sites out instead of keeping all our eggs in one basket. We wanted to formally apologize to John Rogers used cars and their legal team at www.kpsos.com.
